At Atlas Summer Courses, learning is hands-on, engaging, and built around curiosity. Whether your child joins as a Junior (ages 9–12) or a Scholar (ages 12–14), lessons are led by experienced tutors who inspire confidence and creativity. Yes — students on our Juniors and Scholars programmes (ages 9–14) stay and study at Harrow School, one of Britain's most historic boarding schools. Atlas Summer Courses is not affiliated with Harrow; our hire arrangement allows students to experience life in a setting long associated with academic excellence, community, and leadership. They will enjoy high-quality accommodation, meals, and facilities under the care of our experienced pastoral team.

Our programme for 9–10-year-olds builds curiosity, creativity, and confidence in a nurturing and engaging environment. Students take part in interactive lessons led by experienced tutors who use storytelling, games, and hands-on activities to make learning exciting and accessible. With small class sizes and dedicated pastoral care, younger learners are encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and collaborate with classmates as they take their first steps into academic exploration.
Students aged 11–12 enjoy a structured but highly interactive learning experience designed to inspire independent thinking. Our Harrow Summer School is for children aged 09–14. We create a friendly and supportive environment where they can grow in confidence, ask questions, and enjoy learning. Students are taught in small groups so they get plenty of attention and support from their teachers, with lessons suited to their age and needs.

They’re cared for in a warm, supportive environment with round-the-clock supervision, regular room checks, and safe, shared rooms that encourage friendships. Daily activities are fun and age-appropriate, designed to build confidence, curiosity, and happiness while helping younger learners feel secure and at home throughout their stay.
Older juniors aged 11–12 enjoy a little more independence while staying in dedicated junior boarding houses at Harrow School. They live in shared rooms with their peers and are supported by caring residential staff who provide 24/7 supervision and guidance. With a balance of structure and freedom, daily activities, teamwork challenges, and evening events help students build confidence, resilience, and lasting friendships in a safe and nurturing setting.
Scholars aged 12–14 stay in dedicated Scholars boarding houses at Harrow School, designed to build independence while maintaining exceptional care. They share rooms with peers and are supported by experienced house parents who provide 24/7 guidance. Through structured routines, academic focus, and evening activities, students grow in confidence, responsibility, and independence while forming lasting friendships in a vibrant, welcoming community.
Students stay at the prestigious Harrow School, one of the UK’s leading boarding environments. Accommodation is in single and twin standard rooms, separated by gender, with regular room checks and 24/7 pastoral care from our dedicated residential team. These comfortable and supportive settings help every student feel safe, cared for, and at home—creating the ideal environment to learn, relax, and make lasting friendships.
All students (ages 9–14) enjoy full-board catering, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided daily.
