Cambridge Travel and Support
Atlas Summer Courses provides complimentary airport transfers for students arriving at London Heathrow Airport on the official course start date (Sunday) between 8:00 am and 3:45 pm. Our team will meet students in the arrivals hall and accompany them to Cambridge, with transfers departing hourly between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
On departure day, we also provide a complimentary transfer back to Heathrow for flights departing between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, aiming to arrive around three hours before departure. An optional Unaccompanied Minor Departure Service is available for students requiring airline handover. Full travel details and instructions are provided before the course begins through each student's Travel Form.
Visa Information
Whether you need permission to travel to the UK depends on your nationality. Many visitors will need either an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) or a Standard Visitor visa. The quickest way to check what applies to you is to use the UK Government's visa checker.
Once your Atlas Summer Courses course fees have been paid in full, we will provide a Visa Support Letter confirming your enrolment and accommodation, which you can use to support your application where required. If you are under 18 and require a visa, you will also need written consent from a parent or guardian. If you have any questions about visas, ETAs, or the documents you need before travelling, our Admissions Team is happy to guide you through the process.
