Cambridge Travel and Support
Atlas Summer Course provides complimentary airport transfers for students arriving at London Heathrow Airport on the official course start date (Sunday) between 8:00 am and 3:45 pm. Our team will meet students in the arrivals hall and accompany them to their transfer, with services departing hourly between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to the programme.
On departure day, we also provide a complimentary transfer from Cambridge back to Heathrow for flights departing between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, with a planned airport arrival approximately three hours before departure. Full travel information, including transfer arrangements and arrival guidance, is provided before the programme begins through each student's Travel Form.

Depending on your nationality, you may need an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) or a Standard Visitor visa to attend your Atlas Summer Course in the UK. We recommend checking your individual requirements using the official UK Visas and Immigration online tool before applying.
If you require a Standard Visitor visa, you may need to provide supporting documents such as proof of funds, evidence of your return or onward travel, and accommodation details. Once your course fees have been paid in full, Atlas Summer Course will provide a Visa Support Letter confirming your enrolment and accommodation to support your application where required. If you have any questions about visas, ETAs, or the application process, our Admissions Team will be happy to help guide you before you travel.
