The Atlas Summer Courses Learning Experience
Small-group learning is tailored to each age group. Younger students engage in interactive sessions, teens take part in seminar-style discussions, and older learners benefit from tutorial-style teaching. All sessions focus on critical thinking, deeper exploration, and personalised feedback from expert tutors.
We don’t follow a set curriculum. Instead, our courses are shaped around each student’s interests and goals. This personalised approach—combined with hands-on projects, discussions, and independent study—helps build confidence, curiosity, and analytical skills.
Every course includes age-appropriate excursions, social activities, and opportunities to meet like-minded peers. These experiences encourage friendships, cultural awareness, and personal development beyond academic learning.
We offer a broad range of subjects across STEM, humanities, and social sciences, carefully adapted for each age group from 9 to 24. Courses run for 1 week (ages 9–12 and 12–14) or 2 weeks (ages 13–15, 16–17, and 18–24), with the option to apply for multiple courses for a longer stay.

Our younger students stay at leading British boarding schools steeped in tradition, where safety meets inspiration. At Atlas Summer Courses, students are accommodated at one of the colleges of the University of Oxford, whose facilities we hire for the summer. Set in the historic city of Oxford, the college's courtyards, dining facilities, and study spaces create an inspiring and supportive environment for personal and academic growth.
Cambridge offers an unforgettable residential experience. From majestic courtyards to landscaped gardens and ancient libraries, students stay right in the heart of this iconic university city. It’s a setting that encourages reflection, connection, and a passion for learning.

Mealtimes are a memorable part of life on an Atlas Summer Courses — a chance to relax, connect, and enjoy a taste of student living. Students aged 9–15 receive full board with all meals included daily. Those aged 16–24 receive half board, with breakfast and dinner provided, and time to explore lunch options independently. Meals are served in the dining hall at [venue name] or local restaurants, with all dietary needs catered for — from vegetarian and halal to gluten-free and allergy-specific requirements.
