Atlas Summer Courses is the new name for the programme formerly known as Oxford Summer Courses, reflecting its growth from its Oxford beginnings into a wider academic summer experience. While the name has changed, the focus remains on small-group teaching, academic challenge, independent thinking and bringing together students from around the world. With more than 40 subjects and programmes in Oxford, Cambridge and Harrow, the Atlas name represents the programme’s aim to help students explore their interests, broaden their perspectives and discover where their curiosity could take them next.

Atlas Summer Courses marks a new chapter for the academic summer programme established in 2010, with a new name and identity while maintaining the same programmes, team, tutors and academic approach. Students aged 9–24 will continue to attend programmes in Oxford, Cambridge and Harrow, with existing bookings unaffected by the transition.

Atlas Summer Courses and Oxford Scholastica Academy differ in approach, with Atlas Summer Courses offering small seminar groups, one-to-one tutorials and a more personalised learning experience, while Oxford Scholastica Academy provides a structured programme with larger class sizes, seminars and masterclasses, and a focus on group-based learning.
